About Me

Ann
My dad's nickname for me is Punk. It symbolizes a piece of my identity that I hold dear and an extraordinary family who has helped make me who I am today. I write when I can't find the words to say out loud. I write to bring understanding to things I can't quite grasp. Writing has always marked my journey: from my first childhood American Girl diary to countless journal pages filled through high school and college. And as much as life changes, and I change as a result, writing is my constant, my sanity, my peace.
